Plascoat LDPE

Plascoat Low Density Polyethylene (LDPE) is a general purpose coating material and is particularly suitable for domestic wirework and tubular metal applications.

Available in a variety of colours, Plascoat LDPE offers:

Plascoat NG30

Plascoat NG30 has been specially developed so that it can be applied at a much lower temperature when compared to LDPE coatings.

NG30 can also be applied as a much thinner coating thereby allowing a reduction in powder usage.

Other benefits include:

  • Lower melting temperature helps to deliver lower application energy costs and reduce post-yellowing risk;

Plascoat WireGuard F40

Plascoat WireGuard F40 is a cost effective and environmentally friendly alternative to PVC. WireGuard has excellent self-adhesive properties and does not require a primer. It has been specifically developed for dip coating of continuous welded mesh wire items.

Plascoat WireGuard F40 offers:

  • Excellent flexibility performance down to -20 ºC;

Plascoat PPA 571

Plascoat PPA 571 offers the best long-term value coating for wire in demanding environments. PPA 571 has excellent self-adhesive properties and does not require a primer.

It has been used all over the world where alternative coating technologies would not be sufficient to protect wire from corrosion.

Available in electrostatic spray and dipping powders, Plascoat PPA 571 offers:

  • Fully UV resistant: attractive, colour-stable finish that lasts for decades;
  • Resistance to sand abrasion;
  • Maintained flexibility, even at - 60ºC;
  • Resistance to impact damage.

Plascoat Talisman 30

Plascoat Talisman 30 is popular as a low cost nylon alternative and has been used to coat a wide range of wirework items. Its surface is very hard and ideal for high wear applications.
